I went there yesterday and the house doesn't have any guns! and the crazy gun guy remains isn't there either

Well. This is the truly tragic thing about the apocalypse. You can prepare for it but you never know when it happens. If a zombie outbreak happens, the government would try to hide it and it would be difficult to know when it happens. If a swarm of zombies rush at you while you're in the office at work or at the market buying food, chances are you might end up dying before arriving at your home where you had your stuff prepared.

Does britas weapon mod replace the weapons found there?

His stash is insane with Brita's weapon mods. I got lucky with a .50 cal minigun in one of the bags.

Fun fact:The first time I expereinced crazy gun guy's spawn, his spawn just so happened to appear in a survivor house. So for months after realizing they existed, I always searched top down trying to find where the duffle bag with guns was in the survivor house

Hey, Komp, check out the 'lab' or house in the woods on the East. It's somewhere between the graveyard and the railtracks. When you drive in, there's a wooden fence with a looted house and a trailer house that has some interesting loot. Would do for content.
