I just know I ran across this fix. I kept getting virus infection . After a couple of trying, I finally got the software removal tool to work. I kept getting pop ups Of macafee in norton as well as the virus. It runs in its corse. It's been about 12 minutes, and halfway through, hopefully, this will fix the problems , I'll ha e a follow-up after it's all done.

Steps to solve a computer memory virus
Bold Letters
• Look for a wireless USB
• Search for any information of the problem
• Plug in the wireless USB and copy link the info directly to the USB, pasting the information to the wireless USB
• Press Alt + F4 and hold the Search bar at the same time
• There will be a white option button, press the button
• Scroll down the options until a button named "Connect Recovery Disc"
• Press "Connect Recovery Disc" and copy it to the USB, this will charge the wireless USB and memorize the computer"
• Wait 10 seconds for the USB to charge the copied button
• Once it's done charging, unplug the USB and connect the wire to the USB, then plug it again
• When you've plugged the USB with the wire, this will create another memory for the computer, rapidly deleting the memory virus
• Wait 1 minute and unplug the wire, leaving copied the new memory to the USB
• Press Search Bar and a information will pop up
• Click the screen with the mouse and then unplug the USB
• Leave the USB in a safe place
• Press Tab button and press Enter when a main menu pops up
• Enter the menu and select "Enable New Memory", click it and the new memory copied to the USB will copy it to the computer
• In the button, press the option "Delete Used Memory"
• Delete the memory and wait until a blue screen pops up
• Wait 5 mins for the new memory to be copied to the computer, then a blue screen saying "Memory has been copied and enabled" click Search Bar and click "Enable New Memory and delete forever the memory virus?"
• Click the Windows Button
• Wait till the computer programs the memory
• Click again the Windows button
• Wait till the full computer screen with the new memory copied from the wireless USB changes to the original (not the virus)
