ОтветитьI am going to try this workout for 2 weeks and I will try to eat healthy. Like to remind me! I am also doing this with another one of her inner thigh workouts. I am doing this with her other 8 minute thigh workout.
Day 1: ✅ Did it twice. This actually hurt like hell but I felt amazing after! My legs looked toned when I looked in the mirror!
Day 2: ✅ Did it once. My legs have been looking more toned at the bottom.
Day 3: ✅ Did it twice. I’m exhausted. I was on my period today but I still did it :)!
Day 4: ✅ Did it twice. That had my legs on fire 🔥.
Day 5: ✅ Did it once. I was tired to do it in the morning, so I did it in the evening.
Day 6: ✅ Did it once. I don’t know why but my muscles were so tired to do this at night. I need to eat more protein 😅.
Day 7: ✅ Did it twice.
Day 8: ✅ Did it once.
Day 9: ✅ Did it twice. Only 5 more days 😅
Day 10: ✅ Did it once. I was getting my hair done.
Day 11: ✅ Did it once.
Day 12: ✅ Did it twice.
Day 13: ✅ Did it twice.( I am going to check my thigh measurements tomorrow! )
Day 14: ✅ Did it twice. This is a 14 day workout, but I am gonna do it for another 14 days because I haven’t yet gotten my desired results.
Day 15: ✅ Did it once. I know I said I will check my measurements yesterday, but I lost the measuring tape😅. So I’ll just keep doing the workout till I find it, then I’ll measure.

Left thigh: 22 inches
Right Thigh: 22 inches.
I’m gonna do this workout for another week and check the measurements.
Day 16: ✅ Did it twice. Idk why but the workout burnt so much today 🔥
Day 17: ✅ Did it twice. Todays workout felt amazing for some reason.
Day 18: ✅ Did it twice.
Day 19: ✅ Did it twice. The workout has started to go a lot quicker.
Day 20: ❌ This is the first day I didn’t complete the workout. I was really sick today, but I still managed to walk 7k steps!
Day 21: ✅ Enjoyed the workout today. Gonna measure my thighs tomorrow. I can’t believe I’ve been doing this for 3 weeks already!
I think I’m gonna find a new workout because I am getting tired of this one.
Results: This workout definitely worked, but it’s really easy to give up on because of the squats and the fact that there are no breaks in between each exercise.

ОтветитьI’m in the end of my middle school years and I feel I have really let myself go. I’ve been so focused on schoolwork and other important things that don’t give me much time for myself. I’ve been eating really poorly and I’ve been going to bed at like one and two in the morning then proceeding to wake up at noon. I’ve chained a lot of weight and not just from growing. I’m almost 120 pounds where as last summer I was 95. I don’t want or expect to be that light but I would love to lose a few pounds. This summer things MUST and WILL change! I’m dedicating my time to bettering myself through these months to look and feel like my old self. I’d like to limit my screen time from now on and focus on the things I ACTUALLY love like reading and dancing. I’d like to start eating better too as I am almost positive that is the cause for my weight gain. My main areas of fat are in my thighs and stomach so I’m going to be doing two workouts from this channel specific to those areas. Let my journey begin and let’s hope this daily check in will keep me accountable!

I’m 55 and hadn’t worn a bikini since I was a teenager. I would visit friends in Italy and stick out like a sore thumb in my prudish one piece. This spring I started following Lilly, I do the workouts every day and the results are amazing! I SUP in a two piece suit every day now and no longer feel like I need to hide and be self conscious about my age or my body! Thank you Lilly, from the bottom of my bikini! 😂 💓
