ОтветитьVancouver Island is best enjoyed in winter. If you can handle the rain, you can ski and surf in the same day.
ОтветитьSpectacular
ОтветитьKip going
ОтветитьVancouver Island is so beautiful
ОтветитьAmmonite falls is fun when youre on mushrooms
ОтветитьHappy New Year. All the best in 2024.
ОтветитьI wish the politicians who are in charge on the island would grow a pair and make the island autonomous to stop the influx of criminal street types flooding Victoria and the whole island. You could then simply pass legislation that would state that unless you own property, rent property, work full time here, own or run a business here, have a vested interest financially in the island, you cannot come here and become a street person and negatively influence the growth and present safe state of the population living here. Stay on the mainland and leave our beautiful island to grow and welcome people who are only a positive influence on this treasure and not an impairment to it's allure and appeal to tourism and business. Nearly all the street types here are coming over on the ferries and ruining it for all the hardworking citizens who have to deal with this useless element in Canadian society. Take our island back and put the restrictions in place now.
ОтветитьI’m belatedly watching this video after the recent PEI video. I love Victoria and Vancouver island. I bought my boat in Cowichan Bay from a couple that was moving. It was down next some of the houseboats for awhile. If you have a chance to return and explore the Gulf Islands, I have a thing for Ganges on Saltspring Island.
ОтветитьA web source says a"livable wage" in BC is $50,000. I am not sure I ever earned that much. But, then, I steered clear of "popular" living places.
ОтветитьMy niece, native to Gabriola Island, lived in Nanaimo, but later her half-sister informed me she was in Vancouver. Now that Vancouver is so expensive, I am not sure if the niece remained there.
ОтветитьBeautiful palaces nice video

ОтветитьThat timmies literally burnt down the next day
ОтветитьNanaimo- so lucky to call it home.

ОтветитьI'm back for a re-watch. Two weeks, now, until my DUB > LHR > YVR flight. Hoping to get north, along Vancouver Island, as far as Port Hardy. And then..? Who knows...
ОтветитьVancouver Island has been my home since 1989. I am sooo blessed to live here and not a day goes by that I am not grateful and enriched in body, soul, mind and spirit to have the priveledge to live here. Thank you for this very beautiful video. What an awesome Air B&B in Cowichan. Wow!

ОтветитьLynn ur one of the cuttest I have ever seen
ОтветитьWow, didn't know that Vancover Island was anything like that. Warm all year long and from what I have heard damp as all get out. ( Said by a man who lives in Western Ohio, known as a temperate rain forest before they cut all the trees down to farm it. A place that was known for malaria and swarms if mosquitoes in the early 1800's and still has a fairly high incidence of West Niles virus)And I thought that Labridor and New Foundland had the scenery.
ОтветитьNice job. The geography speaks for itself but it's always nice to hear from visitors. Oddly, I called Vancouver Island home for the last 45 years but I now reside in my beautiful Saskatoon.
Keep up the good work
Hi alina, like your job wellcome
ОтветитьI watch most of your trips, this is very funny with the most realistic quote . A Canadian road trip begins with a trip to Tim Hortons 😆🤣👍👍
ОтветитьIt's so beautiful Island
ОтветитьI live in Victoria on Vancouver Island. It is paradise. I have thus far only been as far north as Nanaimo but the southern coast is stunning. I surf at China Beach and Sombrio Beach on the south end and plan heading to Tofino for a couple days in August. From surfing to hiking this island has it all.
ОтветитьBroNut? Loving the advertising minute..
Ответитьi have been to Vancouver island by ferry . awesome place to visit .
ОтветитьNothing like camping in Canada. Ontario has some serious provincial parks I'm sure you would enjoy. Pinery and Algonquin.
ОтветитьBeautiful Place Alina I'd really love to go home to Canada and yes Tim Hortons is a must stop
ОтветитьThank you Alina🌍
ОтветитьBest seen in the winter, with the winter storms, Nov - Feb
