ОтветитьNo one loses over 10lbs in 15 days doing this. That's 1.5 lbs every two days. Simply not true. Plus I saw this recommended by Dr Mandel over 2 years ago and his recommendation was a tablespoon and without the honey. It does have health benefits, and it may aid in weight loss, but it's because the chia seeds help you feel more full so you eat less and the next meal. It's not magic, it's fiber. And it's a very gradual effect. You won't lose 10 lb in 150 days doing this alone. A person must reduce their calorie intake overall, and increase their energy/calorie expenditure. Simple math people. Don't be fooled
