ОтветитьAWESOME workout. I'm a year late to this one, but I've been searching for any/all of your STANDING workouts. I have chronic disc issues in three separate regions of my spine. So standing workouts are a must for me, plus I have to make up my own alternatives for any twisting core movements which I've become good at doing on the fly. Thank you for this excellent workout! Love compound movements balanced btwn upper bdy/arms and lower bdy/legs. Five stars out of four ;)

Your workouts are THE BEST I have found!! For a few reasons, they are easy to follow along, and you demonstrate the exercise before you begin and allow enough time to practice it. AMAZING!! I have avoided weight training for so many years, but now these videos have me lifting weights 3x a week!! That says a lot for someone who has mostly done cardio for decades. THANK YOU!!!!

ОтветитьLoving your standing weight training workouts. I can feel the difference where my muscles have been really worked but in a good way. Slow and steady is the way to go for those of you with certain aches and pains; jumping around is so not necessary!
