Two tablespoons measures 36g! Not 10 g , 1.5 cups of water is 355 ml not 370. I think the flour measurement is also not correct. This recipe is out of whack and I just fallowed it! 😬😡

Ответитьim so sad i absolutely bombed this recipe, this whole thing was a mess and im so disappointed because i was gonna devour it when it was done! i might try again!
ОтветитьWe are from Texas USA, new to making bread with only a few loafs under our belt. This was easy but we had to adjust it a little bit. It says 2 TBSP or 10g yeast. 10g of yeast is 2.5 tsp. We used 2.5 g active dry yeast and it turned out fine. I think next time we will use less flour maybe 3 to 3.5 cups of unbleached all purpose flour. All in all it was very easy to make and delicious!
