MK809III RK3188 Quad Core Android Mini PC RAM 2GB/ ROM 8GB Bluetooth Review

I'm looking for this but upgraded. This thing is just like a smartphone on tv meaning that you can get all apps you want which you can't on today's smart tv, I'm pretty sure it's the same with all the android pc sticks also unfortunately, they are just a copy of smart tv google standard which has like 70% limit on what you can download.

Is there stick like this but upgraded to at least 2020 standards?

Finally a good video on this specific Android stick. It's 2019 but I need an a device running an older version of Android that can the music girl Hatsune Miku app which might be removed from Google Play for you unless you bought it back when Android 4.4 was still relevant. I'm curious if anyone can help and you have this app in your library can you test it with this Android stick too make sure it actually runs without closing on you. It used to be able to run on my NVIDIA SHIELD portable but not anymore.
