Assalamualaikum.I am a non Arab and I started learning arabic grammar so that I understand Quran.I even bought a WORD TO WORD translation of the Quran.but Iam unable to find the motivation and consistency to do it alone.Seeing the way you have written ,I realised I have been learning in a similar way of writing and understanding.Wanted to do combined learning. Are there any classes where we could do it.Or is anyone interested?

There are many young hafiz in my country Indonesia, i believe. But do they understand the meaning of the words they recite? I do not think so.
e.g.
How can a child (say under 10 yo) comprehend the meaning of the verse Q 65:4 that tells a lil girl widow who does not menstruate yet, must wait 3-mth iddah waiting time  prior to her next marriage?

In modern society we call this: the P word, No? Masha Allah..

Can I to memorize Quran in arabic without knowing the meaning of it ? Please someone answer,because I'm from Kosovo,and I don't know arabic ,but I pray in arabic,cause I learned the dua's in arabic(I don't know how to read arabic ).But can I memorize Quran in arabic?

actually Arabs don't speak Arabic they speak a dialect of the country they are from. I'm an American revert living in Egypt and this is where I started my hifdh. journey. they do not speak Arabic here which is Fus'ha classical Arabic they speak an Egyptian slang dialect so they don't speak arabic either. the Quran is easy to Memorise for any one who wants to no matter race or back ground. That's more for kids, I actually write out the surah. I'm memorising on paper by heart. makes me never forget, most importantly Recite and review daily , pure intentions keep Allah first. keep me in your dua
that I memorise entire Quran. ameen.

Just an advice, when your acting out the meaning don't do it when you're reading the attributes of Allah azza wajall. Example if you're reading "إنه بصير بالعباد" don't point to your eyes or anything same with the "إنه سميع عليم"
Don't point to your ears because that'll be comparing Allah to his creation. Peace ✌️

Here is a side tip for everyone.
Memorize 3 ayahs a day and repeat till a week. And recite what you learned, if you fail then try again. If you succeed then continue the cycle.

...also by listening to a piece of recitation i like/enjoy listening too (almost musical in it's melody - causes me to experience an ASMR, if I keep listening my 🧠 learns & memorises the verses of the QUR'AAN.🤷🏿‍♀️

Very inspiring as an Egyptian who already knows Arabic seeing non Arabs determined to memorize the Qur’an even with all the difficulties in reading and reciting Arabic masha’Allah. It’s also motivational became I was blessed by knowing Arabic already so if people who can memorize Qur’an without even speaking Arabic I should be able to.
