Ahsoka V. Anakin 4K (RE-SCORED w/ Duel of The Fates & More)

I used different variations of the themes to avoid copyright but to also add freshness to the themes, and these composers did that really well.

Anakin wasn't trying to kill Ahsoka, he was teaching her the last thing she needed to learn, conviction. She was able to let go of Darth Vader and see her master as her master and also let go and have her conviction. Anakin did what a Master should always do for their apprentice, it just took him longer to do it.

It’s a damn shame we haven’t gotten a newer series on Vader/anakin. Instead we get a side character series.

He is literally the most important character, his journeys and adventures while getting used to being Vader are truly brilliant stuff. His hiring of the remaining Jedi masters. His building of his lightsaber. The building of his castle on mustafar. Etc. so many frigging stories and Hayden deserves the limelight back, dude is by far the BEST duelist with a lightsaber.

i would actually like a live action of the clone wars, but with good lightsaber duels, not disney ones.

She moves so slow and the cuts when she clearly can’t perform the move make this look really bad. How could she possibly disarm Anakin when she’s moving like she’s middle aged? They should have hired an actress who could actually do the physical parts of the role.

He was teaching her the best way possible, could have actually killed her multiple times which isnt his intention. But to teach her to less defensive more offensive, embrace both sudes if the firce without veering to the dark side and become a very powerful more complete jedi

In Legends, GL said Luke achieved Anakin's force potential, he became the most powerful Jedi that ever existed, literal space Jesus, walking on lava, etc. How strong would Anakin have become in Canon, had he not been crippled?

While Hayden definitely is elite in saber choreography, I'd still like to thank the rest of the cast for doing the best they could,without any accidents or major injuries.

One thing I love about this fight is that you can literally see Hayden pulling his punches, it was stated in an interview with both Ahsoka actresses that Dave Filoni had to get Hayden to hold back because he was going to fast paced for them, against Rosario and Arianna due to their lack of experience and technique with lightsaber combat and props, it shows how much skill and commitment Hayden has towards the character Anakin Skywalker and Starwars.

Younger Ahsoka is better than the older Ahsoka

The choreography is so lazy and fake looking. The Phantom Menace fights against the fake droids looked better than this...

This whole scene is BS. A true force wielder would have recognized the vision and accepted the blow. But the producers wanted to milk this for the hollywood BS it is.

Sebastian Shaw should have been in duel with Ahsoka and Obi Wan Kenobi as Knight fall Vader only not Hayden Christian.

Honestly everyone hating on something they really don’t understand. Rosario Dawson looks stiff because they are using practical effects over cgi for the lightsabers so those are really bottom heavy. Hayden being the only “great” duelist of his time was being that he really embraced it all. Ewan and Christopher lee I think we’re just as good. But for ppls complaints about how lightsaber fighting looks, it’s because they stopped using cgi for those fight scenes so choreography is going to look still with heavy props

i wish that they would've received the same training and shit for dueling that hayden and them had in the prequels, everyone but hayden felt so slow with their lightsabers
also the only good scenes from ahsoka are the baylon and anakin scenes

Excellent scene but a shame they didn't hire the choreographers from the prequels - the combat looks slow and clunky in comparison.

Hayden is the best duelist so far. If only they had called the prequels choreographer, then they would have been 1000% better.
But I must critique: most of the strikes have little to no danger, or superfluous content (hitting lightsabers just to hit).
A good duel should be written as if every strike would be fatal or mortal. Mike Starwalker’s channel is a goldmine for that level of detail.
