Pity about the screen quality, even with my glasses on could not read some of the screens.. This does not entirely help as I have to change the email accounts from POP to IMAP obviously I have to destroy the original data file after I have made a copy, then recreate ALL email accounts and subfolders using IMAP, but your video does not address that issue.

Thank you, I have this working for 2 profiles on my desktop, one for me, one for wife. When accessing these 2 accounts via the web however, how do I specify (URL) which of these 2 email accounts I want?

This is so helpful as I've been trying to find out why I would use profiles or Identities. I don't recall setting up one but i have one which shows when Outlook crashes (outlook for mac 2011).
Would you be able to tell me if I'm have setup 2 different personal email accounts in Outlook, why I would need to use Identities or Profiles?

However I have a quesiton. If the new profile works perfectly and all my data is there, do I need to keep the previous profile?

How do we obtain the password of the email address?

Hi , what if the profile I would add is just a nab group email and there is no password for the nab group email , should I input the password of my main outlook email?
