Given Linus has over 15.4 Million subscribers, losing 200 000 in one week isn't going to be a huge hit to him.
Unfortunately he has gone down the route a lot of big channels have gone. More interested in money than giving accurate information. Trying to pump out videos quickly without checking their quality is not a good formula. Then refusing to take responsibility for the issues was just the cherry on top.

Man, it has taken the rest of the world a VERY long time to figure it out! Linus has been a pay to play channel for years! So fake and unethical it truely hurts!

Linus was always like this, as long as I have known him. Ever since he had his first child, his colors became clear. He is not a community man, he is someone who drives chaos, and reinvests the proceeds to grow his empire. His viewers are his victims. Linus will always be above us, when he is off camera. On camera, he is a manipulator.

I unsubbed because of the Billet Labs situation...that was an inexcusable world class fuck up...but the part with the sexual harassment and belittling of Madison really cemented that decision

Linus is just a salesmen attached to the tech subject. He could be selling grass cutters or sausages and be equally happy.

this topic didnt fade out I see and FWIW my position is I’ve been an avid viewer of all of their contents for years.. just a bit annoyed by some opinions LS had and how they were expressed but I was totally into the bubble of accepting everything because for sure I must be wrong. He is damn good at what he does and what he built shows up. he never slowed down the growth and increased the production steadily. I looked at the whole group of LMG channels as an example of virtue. But this episode alone was a big big mistake. I won’t believe a word of him anymore. It was like opening the eyes. I cant forget that and suddenly many other issues I had with his opinions twisted on my side. I remember when they were sponsored by a vpn and he orchestrated a pathetic call in public with the provider offering the service to convince us it was not a fraud. bullshits! he used the people. it cant be forgiven. I cant trust anymore if he is in good faith or not. the apology stuff made in several stages was terrible in my opinion. I never accepted a single word because between the lines he was pushing his reasons AND I DONT CARE. LMG just uses people and nothing more. And unfortunately I see the views are still high. Anyway I agree he will never look like I looked at him before. Thats forever. That event alone started the domino. He cannot be forgiven. They just push harder and harder to earn money and they are just part of the big machine.
