You have used aluminium foil to hold the steam. Usage of aluminium foil is not good for health. It released chemicals into the food which is harmful to the body. There are many viewers who just follow what you show who dont know cooking. They will also use aluminium foil without knowing how bad it is for the health. Alternatively, we can use a wet towel above the rice and close the lid. Please use healthy way of cooking which will benefit all. Good tasty and healthy food. Please do not take it negetively. It is just a suggestion
