Hermione - Bellatrix engraving the word "Mudblood" into her arm; Bellatrix was torturing her
Ginny - Hearing the news from Voldemort that Harry was dead
Fleur - Looking at Cedric's dead body on the ground
Amos - Noticing that his son (Cedric) is dead
Lily - Getting killed by Voldemort
Harry - Sirius dying right in front of him

Fun Facts:

1. Emma Watson (the actor for Hermione,) researched what it was like to get tortured, and her scream was so realistic that Rupert (the actor for Ron) and Daniel (the actor for Harry) thought she got injured during the sequence.
2. Daniel Radcliffe (the actor for Harry) didn't act for his scream, because it was real. He had lost his grandmother earlier before filming, and the scream sounded so realistic that it made some actors, such as Helena Bonham Carter (the actor for Bellatrix) and Emma Watson (the actor for Hermione) cry during the scene, so they muted it for (safety?) issues.
