I only say that because I do this workout with my girls who are home schooled and we use your videos for their PE time sometimes and they love it! Please do more 2000's music videos! ОтветитьI've decided to start working out and, before making a program (like leg day, arm days ecc), I wanted to reintroduce myself to the idea of phisically struggling to do things (apart from occasional hiking I live a sedentary life). Dance workouts are a great way!! I struggle because I'm out of shape but the music makes everything more fun and pushes me forward. Even when I'll start with more specific workouts I'll make sure to reserve a day every week for a full body dance workout. I'm sure it is a good idea!
