In firsr switch ,where you connect live and neutral
Live in common and neutral L1
Very clear explanation. Could you please advise if I can install a dimmer switch instead of one of those switches?
ОтветитьI love this
Ответить👍👍👍
ОтветитьCan have several lights as well, also can add more intermediate switches in between the 2 way switches.
Ответитьwhat about a two way for the stairs?
ОтветитьHave you ever come across the situation where a 1940's house has 2 switches controlling 1 light. But with only a single twin & earth at each switch and the ceiling rose? I figured there must me a junction box somewhere along the installation but still don't understand how it would have been wired back then?! 🤷♂️
ОтветитьAmazing good explanation...
ОтветитьWhy is there no live direct to the switch.
ОтветитьIt's quite obvious to me that all the wires in switch are live only the blue one is neutral and obviously earthing
ОтветитьFirst off thank you for describing a 3 way switch which I followed 😂 just… but what would happen if you had 2 or 4 lights in the room?
ОтветитьGreat work thanks for your nice explanation 👍.
ОтветитьI think earth Don's work
ОтветитьNice to see you man ❤
ОтветитьVery good and helpful video. If it's possible please show 2 plate method for 3 switches. Ie intermediate switch. Thank you
ОтветитьCan you use an intermittent switch as a 2 way if you just link out both sides at the bottom? Am struggling as only have intermittent for my grid
ОтветитьWhat's the name of those boxes please! How do they call it the technical name
ОтветитьThanks,
Tutorial👍🙏
What about when there linkage
ОтветитьThanks alot I have learned something...
ОтветитьBrilliantly done with clarity.
ОтветитьGreat work brother
ОтветитьThanks buddy, I’m currently on my apprenticeship and this tutorial has been very helpful. There is lots of crappy ones out there that show their own twist instead of the correct way in the regs etc.
ОтветитьYou are a good tutor, nicely presented and easy to understand. All the best.
Ответить❤THANKS for sharing your video 😊
ОтветитьHow’s that
ОтветитьNo ear plugs
ОтветитьGood work , but during terminations you need to advance on explaining process, a new learner can understand you!
ОтветитьHow do you connect Solar panel and you get power
ОтветитьNext tym on sketch it better to sea connection pleace
ОтветитьI would normally use brown on brown L1 and blue on black L2 use grey as common. And similarly with the older wiring red to red and yellow as common
ОтветитьGood work, but I don't understood how it happened
ОтветитьSurely as qualified electrician you would carry out test
ОтветитьWow very nice presentation sir ❤❤❤
ОтветитьGood work
Ответить🙂👍
ОтветитьThe path i don't understand is how you connect the light and the switch
ОтветитьIt so interesting
ОтветитьThis thing is so funny to how I know it. There should be no live wire in the light when it switched off. The live should go to the switch first
ОтветитьContacts please
Ответитьthanks bro its really awesome but could you mind if you do about connecting a socket and a switch
ОтветитьThank you 👍
ОтветитьGood informative video thanks mate
ОтветитьAt las someone who still says live and earth . And not line and CPC . Good book video 👍
ОтветитьHow can u do the serials of Intermediate switches
ОтветитьPls I need the diagram
Ответитьhii
ОтветитьBrilliant tutorial. I think it would have been handy to mention you could have as many intermediate switches inbetween two 2-way switches.
ОтветитьGood a proffessional work ,but the colour coding in the switches must be red bcz in kenya red is always live
ОтветитьNice one Sir,, 👍
Keep it up
