The software for my reddragon m705 is not working properly

When I press the shift key it stays engaged for one key press. Is there a way to remove that functionality so that I have to hold down the shift key to use it? Same with the Alt key.

here is my problem, the mouse i have (M608) is only avaliable in the redragonusa and it only shows its manual. is there a driver to it? and its being stubborn and not working. the computer is showing the mouse as a "undetected device" for some reason. my computer is just not recognizing the mouse.

I just received the K596 board and installed the specified software from their website. The software won't open and the icon in the taskbar is grey with the only option to exit. Found another post online with the same issue. I am returning it and buying Corsair.

I’m looking for some kind of software for a ZG-82-A704/A702-V1.2 from “instant Microelectronics”. Bought it off Amazon and the mouse doesn’t move across the screen but everything else works on it fine. I did download some weird looks to be off brand red dragon software that’s in all Chinese and I can’t understand it at all. Someone please help so I can use this mouse, Amazon refuses to refund me my money for a supposedly “defective product”. Since then I have taken it apart to then finally get the A702/A704 and instant microelectronics name. Other than that I’m really lost.

Can't find the Redragon m691 MIST software anywhere, do you have any idea where I can find it?

my m652 hasn't been working for about 3 weeks now and i have no idea why, my computer reads the USB as working and in the mouse hardware settings in windows it says the device is working properly, my mouse turns on fine and the only problem i've had like this was fixed with a simple restart but that doesn't seem to be the case here... i also cannot find any software to update the mouse so i am very confused and would appreciate any help anyone can give me.

i cant find software for my mouse or keyboard. tried contacting the support and they said they are simply a shop and cannot help me with software. what a joke im sticking to name brands from now on. theres always a reason why when things are cheap.

Nothing like a company with its software split up across half a dozen websites to send the "is this safe to download?" paranoia into maximum overdrive. I think maybe I'll just let the lights do what they will. Seems like half the people who download it report it screwing up their mouses & keyboards anyway.

Unfortunately, both websites, while there, are broken. The USA website had links to manuals and drivers, but none of them work.

Does the M692 have any software? I couldnt find it.

I just got one from an old friend and I cannot find the driver it has no model number or anything it says for the game on it it had a dpi button 3 programmable side buttons it says rating 5v-100mA for home or office use idk I'm totally lost and I just need the driver it says ins settings device descriptor request failed and I can't find the model anywhere

I doubt redragon "zone' is to be trusted! thier software doesn't work(always) my browsers detect "may damage your computer" and Norton Power Eraser detects it as "malware"! also the G1 button does not work in thier game pads when downloading it there!

When I try to setup the software, a pop up says “Found REDRAGON Gaming Mouse DRIVER is running. Please uninstall the driver, and reinstall again.”
I recently bought the m612 gaming mouse, And I can’t figure how to install the software. It just shows that pop up 😢
