I Have to try one of these in my backyard!
ОтветитьWhere the hell can I buy river rock for $30/yd? I’ve been paying $140/yd and delivering it myself 1/2 yd at a time in my truck.
Ответитьfantastic ideas, thank you!! Definitely subscribing!!
ОтветитьYessssssss!!! Thank you for the tips on the string lights and privacy screens OMG :)
ОтветитьUnfortunately my house doesn’t have a backyard!
It would be nice to plant something though!
😂😂😂😂😂
I love the privacy screen idea I will use it in combination with other ideas you have here thanks
ОтветитьI love the fire pit and the projector for movies.
ОтветитьNice video! Loved to see your ideas of hiding horrible lines (electric) from a backyard alley
ОтветитьI love the privacy screen at the end with the slanted slats
ОтветитьMy neighbors put up string lights and thought they would leave them on all night. They did it for months. Apparently they took them down for maybe some bylaw. It really was'nt serving any real purpose, and it gave their yard a creepy look anyway. I was glad when they took them down. I'd rather have lights that come on for two seconds if there is something to trip the light, but usually a back door light is sufficient for that. You can even install an indoor bell for late night movement happening, but it's usually from a backyard animal. There's usually nothing to worry about. In case of cayote or skunks, movement lights would make sense. Otherwise, a neighbor going out in their own yard should'nt be tripping on someone's lights, for privacy sake. A good backyard idea on a budget would be to plant perrenials. My favorite backyard idea on a budget is simply to keep the yard clean and free of clutter. I don't put my trash and recycling out until trash day pickup. I think the less, the better. But a few appealing chairs with a privacy screen is also very nice. ❤
ОтветитьLove outdoor fireplaces!👍
ОтветитьGreat video 👏👏👍
ОтветитьI like the gravel idea👍🏾
ОтветитьThe cut metal privacy screens those were amazing
ОтветитьSuper cute idea to do backyard movies. Thanks for the suggestion.
ОтветитьI like when you tubers get to the point. Nice video
ОтветитьLots of great ideas .. Thanks for sharing ~
Ответитьyour dry river bed draining from the downspout, will add big rocks, do a drainage bed to the cedar tree, make a oriental bridge across & drain from the water barrel when it is full, love your ideas & inspired even more to do it from seeing this.
ОтветитьI like it all!! But the one I took screenshots of was the string lighting with the hydrangeas and evergreen privacy hedge by the pool. ☺️💕
ОтветитьGreat ideas on the privacy screens! We’ve been trying to find a way to shield the backyard and fire pit from high winds in the area without completely blocking the view through the fence.
ОтветитьAll of the above
ОтветитьShow us budget items on a crappy yard please
ОтветитьThe the metal privacy screens don't seem like ti would be a low cost item.
ОтветитьLove your channel and can’t wait to see more. I do have one suggestion and I’m not sure if anyone has mentioned but your background music over powers your voice and it’s hard to hear you speak. Looking forward to more from your channel. 😊
ОтветитьI usually prefer sand over gravel as it's easier to walk in with bare feet lol. Also, ppl throw out old fencing all the time and it can be used for many things. I've made privacy walls several times for friends out of old chain link. U can be at creative as you want.

ОтветитьYou showed a riverbed path, but I would have also loved to see water gardens as well. If you dig it yourself, it can be much cheaper. Combine that with making raised garden beds and you have somewhere to put the extra dirt.
ОтветитьThe projector is a legit good idea I'd never have thought of that !!
ОтветитьDefinitely the string lights and fire pits
Ответитьloved the look of the lasercut metal pivecy screens.
ОтветитьThe privacy screens are a great idea!
ОтветитьStep 1: Have property that’s worth millions of dollars. Step 2: Put up strings of light. Step 3: enjoy.
ОтветитьWhere is the link
ОтветитьI liked the burn pit and water features. We have a large backyard over an acre. Would like to see transition from backyard to raised bed ideas. Also how to incorporate a play area for horse shoes, corn hole, etc.
ОтветитьI live in a small town with not many contractors to choose from but how do I find out the avg. cost of labor and materials? I know it varies from location to location but just an avg.
for example I had a contractor to come for estimate on patio area alone and told me the cost for 4oo sq ft of brick pavers would cost me $17,000 and this is only for the patio flooring is that an avg? I live in Fort Hood, Tx. I know concrete is a lot cheaper but I have been told to stray away from that because eventually it will crack. I don;t have a big choice on landscape contractors here
this must be a strange definition of "low cost" i wasn't aware of - backyard fireplace dude? really?
ОтветитьNothing here is low cost. Waste of time
ОтветитьWhats their ideas of low cost.......
ОтветитьThe "low cost" part seems to be a really subjective thing. I wish someday I consider a 10000$ massage bathtub "low-cost"
Ответить❤
ОтветитьString lights are cheaper on the front end. Replacement bulbs cost a small fortune
ОтветитьExcellent video! This goes to show that you can have an amazing outdoor space at any price point! Face Book Marketplace is your friend!
ОтветитьYou music is too loud.
ОтветитьThat's seriously the most ridiculous suggestions. LIGHTS!!! REALLY!!! I have a firepit that is metal, which is easy to move and budget friendly.
You don't get budgets do you.
Setting all this up is great. Keeping them up and maintained is the PITA. If you live where there's trees and fall leaves, moss and already, how do you keep things clean? When it's time to wash your patio, how do you protect the furnitures and all that nice and fancy walls, pots and chairs? Even when you don't have trees, your neighbors might. Which means wind brings them to yours. Ideas would be welcomed.
ОтветитьPrivate screen and the gravel back yard and the screen for the projector . All three are what I Am looking to do
ОтветитьThese are all great ideas and you'll find several of them coming soon to my backyard!!
ОтветитьWaste of time lol
ОтветитьI like the gravel and the river rocks and it gave me some ideas about drainage. I have a nature area about 50 x 60 and it’s raised up anywhere from a half foot to 3 foot on two sides and the front part of it which runs along the sidewalk has a landscaping block retaining wall so on one side I’m having trouble with runoff and I’m working on tackling that problem. Thank you new to the channel and really love this video
