Hi Kim - when making my first 2 cards, I ran into the same problem. The cuts aren’t using the full size of the card. It’s as if the left margin isn’t set right. Any idea how to address this?

Hi Kim just found this video I’m having trouble my Cricut Joy is cutting the coroners to where they tear when I carefully put the liner sheet in. I am having to cut my cards a little wider so the corners do get cut to the edge of my cards. What am I doing wrong? Any help is much appreciated thank you. I’m enjoying your videos.

My app is very small. I don’t see what you have. Did I download the wrong app for Joy machine? I did this with the Cricut Explorer 3 app and gave them a call.

what if you craft everything yourself? like, im making cards but for certain shapes it would be handy if the cricut cuts it. since my cards varies in sizes all the time and is never perfect, would that still be able to do that without the pre-made cards like the ones you use?

Does the size of the pen matter? The card I want to make calls for 0.8 mm pens, but I only have 0.3 and 0.4 mm pens.

You said they don't want you to scale down the images for cards... Does that mean it won't allow you to? I'm wondering about cutting an image doe a panel on a card where I'll use another color layer behind it and attach them to the front.

Do you have to reconnect your Bluetooth after each project? I was doing something that took 3 cuts with 3 different colors. It was frustrating waiting to reconnect each time! Looks like it would stay connected until you turned it off!

Dollar tree has some fairly inadequate spray adhesive. It reminds me of the adhesive of post it note. It may be worth trying to see if one can "resticky" their mat!

My card keeps moving when it starts to cut. Do I need to tape it down? This is the 2nd card I’ve ruined. Bummer

Kim what do you do when the Design Space Cricit Access for the Joy premade cards start to cut to far up? There doesn't seem to be a way to "edit" the the design lower on the mat.

Question! is there an easy trick to cleaning all the little pieces of paper left on the card mat? is that is what the spatula is for?
