to be completely honest i don't like the way you do the air feed. i think a better way to do it was with a T pipe that lead down to a trash bucket so if your using coal or charcoal the ash from the charcoal can fall down and any sand or impurity's from the coal that didn't burn off can fall down. you just have the air coming in from the side of the T pipe making it to were you don't need to replace anything. I recommend looking at Wranglerstar's forge video to see what I'm talking about.

Hey Blacksmith! why you will not make a full and operational kit that will include all additional accesiories ??? It would be very helpful

that mini forge is awesome, i hope you sell a ton of them, if i didn't have a forge already i would want this one. good job I like the videos you put out very interesting, keep up the good work. 

If you put a standard dimmer switch for lights on a motor, you can slow the speed of the motor. I've used this for furnace fans to slow down the speed of the fan. In this situation, you could drill all the holes in the cap and if you don't require all of the cfm's, you could use the dimmer switch to slow down the fan to make less heat.

so I need to get ahold of some 1/8 inch steel and weld it together. Thank you for the info. I would buy one from you but im broke. I got my welder and a bunch of wire and a broken fire pot

Looks a bit like a barbecue. Something like this would be great for me, if it's still selling.

I built one like a BBQ smoker out of 8" XH pipe works OK been welding for a couple years and it's time to make blades hahaha thanks for all the ideas
