I thought you couldn’t cast another AOE for 5 seconds after the first one or it will reset the timer? What if the AOE from the rings procs within 5 seconds of the first?

On PS4 as of yesterday afternoon when I was testing potb will not proc vistani. The only powers that do for assassin are smoke bomb, blade flurry and daze. Doohickey procs it. But not dragon or hawk.

You aren't using neverwinter knight in that build? 7.5% damage, what beats that?

Very cool stuff, Thanks for the video! I may or may not get the Vistani set to try this build. Will depend on AH prices. But the biggest take-away for me is they fixed the Obligation ring! I had no idea. I've been waiting to pair that with the CA ring from the same "family".

eeryone should be using companion bonus power debuffs like acute/dulled senses/vulnerability/armor break so that EVERYONE gets their damage increased.

does increasing your mhp make it harder to proc your helm an chest, also is the tool tip wrong? it say when (you) dmg or heal your target u gain the stack but y does the stack occur even when u do hit or heal but u get hit it procs it, im confused

Still in this 80% power then 90% after my armor and gloves proc spot. I do not believe players in lower to mid item levels benefit more from anything else other than having 90% power. I actually managed to beat a Rogue Assassin with my Rogue Assassin by a small amount of damage recently who was 20,000 item level greater than me. This was entirely due to my current build. I have run with this player before so I know they are a consistent DPS who knows how to use their character.

I am currently using the apocalypse set on my rogue. It's very easy to keep the 5 stacks so it's basically the same enemy takes 5% increased damage debuff as the vistani set but it's always active and I don't have to use an aoe power.

Off topic question. I just bought the new 2000 IL boots for the 5% other and I didn't see the increase in stats while in most, are they a hidden stat increase or are they broken,I also noticed the dragon boots with - incoming healing +other also seem broken

hey a, ive heard that when tr uses myth set that ether blade flurry or path of blades isnt working an i was wondering on a dummy test which does more dmg( demo blade flurry- vs myth blade flurry) and (demo path of blade-vs myth path of blade)

On playstation path of blades does not proc the Grace ring debuff. Any thoughts please?
