I like the way he talks. He isn’t overly condescending, he’s motivating, he’s realistic, he smacks the truth at your face, he adds emphasis on what we need. Great video
Ответитьhey i am 15 and i want to try multiple military trainings any tips or specific routine you followed?
Ответитьis it too late for someone who’s 30 years old to start on this journey?
ОтветитьTearing your pec a whole month before passing out? How did you manage? And how did the training team not realise that you were seriously injured?
ОтветитьWe run 100 km within 8hr , putting 80 pounds of tyres gas cans and run for 10km in 30 min and then are training begins 😂
ОтветитьClown radio operator. Big talk.
ОтветитьI was recently told to find a new dream. I think I'm going to push harder for my goal.
Ответить"Fatiuge makes cowerds of us all".
Well said.
A why but not a "How."
ОтветитьIdiot.
You will be a part of the trash of humanity.
What are you proud of?
Killing people for what?
Are you selling freedom
Fatigue makes cowards of us all
ОтветитьBut you didn’t tell us what to do other than train
ОтветитьJesus loves you all
ОтветитьBrilliant videos and info.
ОтветитьGreat video👍💪
ОтветитьPpl saying its amazing video, what does it actually teach, just a bit of waffle?
ОтветитьI had the exact same injury at Army basic training, week 2 I fully ruptured my pec. I passed basic training and pushed through it for two more years but ended up getting surgery.
ОтветитьHard to kill? Bro, in modern warfare, they press a button and a laser-guided missile finishes the job.
Ответить100% . No fluff. Great stuff. Also your unit is nearly identical to our US Army Special Forces/Green Berets. Much more like our Green Berets than our SEALS ...ie, missions and training
ОтветитьX country, swimming, water skiing, Jet skiing, rugby, boxing , mountain biking got me in the end, crucia ligament, rotator cuff, arthritis, but still try and smash it out😂
ОтветитьI've just turned 50. An ex-infantryman. I've always tried to stay active and in shape through my adult life. And am now re focusing again to improve my capability. What's true tho is as you get older it will get harder to maintain what you had. If I was to stop training now I believe in just 1-2 years I'd revert to a state that I couldn't recover from. Unlike in my 20s, 30s and even 40s. Keep moving.
ОтветитьI had a pec tear last year. No surgery due to doctors advising otherwise. Loss of strength. Lost my pride.
You helped me accept the fact that I couldn't change this injury, but I could be strong and complete without it
Soreailx bac ocdixn9 repo edge
ОтветитьNice clips added in man i would love to join u
ОтветитьCan you show your exercise routine to prepare for the military??
ОтветитьHi I’m in my 30’s and struggle a lot to keep myself fit but frequently disrupted with stomach issues. No doctor could help me still I am not losing motivation. Great video by the way
ОтветитьDidnt know TIm Kennedy had brother in UK
ОтветитьHey have you saved your hairy back yet
ОтветитьI believe u do but want to reassure but do the army teach mma and combat skills and what job in the army would i have to be to train to fight and protect?
ОтветитьDamn, this was a good watch.
ОтветитьI believe that the body achieves what the mind believes 🙏.
ОтветитьGood “why”, dude clearly knows it, so would love to see the “how”.
Ответитьhow do you join spec ops? do you have to already be in the military or can a civilian just join and then after some time (im guessing quite a long time) of training start working in the force
ОтветитьIce baths are a must
ОтветитьCheers mate! Served in the US Marines myself.
ОтветитьI’m 16 and my goal is to join the nzsas is there any certain exercises I should be doing more than others I’m fairly fit and can do 2.4Km 9 and a half minutes
ОтветитьGreat video!
ОтветитьThank you for this.
ОтветитьI've seen this pretty clearly with my Dad, not military or anything but played football regularly and ran for basically his entire adult life. Quite clearly has a level of physicality most men his age (just about to turn 60) have. Also looks basically the same he did 20 odd years ago.
ОтветитьInteresting video but there was very little “how” and a lot of “why”.
ОтветитьWhy to troop on with that injury, certainly no small feat
ОтветитьCan you talk about what you eat? macros
ОтветитьReally enjoyed this. You come across really well. Keep up the great work
ОтветитьI'm going to the "readiness unit" in about 30 days. I'm actually terrified
ОтветитьAt 55, I have trained my entire life, but during my 30 year police career (25 in collateral duty SWAT) I pretty much destroyed my body physically. I still "get after it" in the gym six days a week, but my body is trashed. Does anybody get out of service unscathed being a ground pounder your entire career and not a desk riding pencil pushing bureaucrat?
ОтветитьAda orang rasanya dalam bilik ni.. gempur..😂😂😂
ОтветитьHi, thanks for the video, may i ask about the watch that you wear ?
Ответитьbro is fkcn ben Affleckk 🥰🥰🤯😂😂
