- Assorted Meat & Fish ~ 1.5kg (3.3lbs)
- Cow ribs
- Cow foot
- Cow tripe (shaki)
- Cow skin (ponmo)
- Dry meat (beef)
- Stockfish (dry cod)
- ½ cup palm oil
- ½ cup iru (locust beans)
- ¾ cup roasted prawns (oporo)
- 3 onions
- 1-2 sweet peppers (tatashe)
- Habanero peppers (to taste)
- 3 big seasoning cubes
- 2 tbsps ground crayfish
- Salt (to taste)
