To hell with Edward Kenway and his band of drinking and pillaging savages - the supposed "good guys" who justify their lives of plunder with sugary speeches about freedom.

I do love Black Flag. But honestly, I love the cinematic trailers for this game more, and it has always disappointed me.

Trailer Edward is definitely a different character from the Edward we actually get in the game, for better or worse. Trailers present him as a man in control, and socially savvy. Cunning, and ruthless. A man of mystery, secret motives and sophistication. But he's almost the exact opposite in the game itself. Controlled by his emotions, lacking dicipline, drunk, and sympathetic. I wish we got trailer Edward.

For some reason, I never watched any Black Flags trailers. But thanks to the parallel timelines me wish "wipe my memories so i could watch the trailer again like it was the first time". Cheer from 26 July 2024.

Ubisoft, if there truly is a remake of this game coming in the future.. With the hardware we have today, you have all the tools at your disposal to make the game’s visuals, lighting, shading. etc. exactly like this. This game came out 10-11 yrs ago.. Assassin’s Creed: Unity came directly after and graphically still holds up well, today and you were onto something with that.
Blackbeard’s CGI intro in the game.. By today’s standards IS possible. And if you’re going to reach that level of quality, take your time, put care and passion into it and use all the resources at your disposal.

Even if the final game would be around 150 GB, I (personally) and I know a LARGE amount of other people would still download it. You know what you have to do.

Is there a lore reason why the ships in the game look way faker than the one's in the cinematic. Couldn't they have copied the correct geometries?

Improved navel combat, the navel combat is already amazing but we could make ot EVEN BETTER !!

I can not belive this game came out in 2013, Assassin's creed black flag is still one of, if not the BEST Assassin's creed game ever, AND the BEST pirate game ever,the navel combat was amazing, the stealth was amazing, the combat tho clunky sometimes was still amazing, the open world, story, traversal EVERTHING was AMAZING, we can only hope they do this game justice in the remake.

My fav game of all time! ❤
