How to Create a Checkout Page in WordPress

I have seedprod pro. Has the woocommerce option always been available? I tried to upgrade to the elite version for this support, but it actually costs more to upgrade than it does if I had simply gotten the elite option initially. Also, this seems to be the only difference between Pro and Elite which I don't consider enough to pay additional for, especially when I get Elementor for the same price and have more plugin support than SeedProd does.

Why am I not able to use woocommerce with the basic Seedproduct that I paid for? Is there something I'm doing wrong? For instance, the woocommerce sections is shaded out while using seedprod.
