Far Cry 6 - Death from Above Trophy / Achievement Guide

This is the absolute hardest troghy for me to get. You make this look like its exstreamly easy like its nothing. I've tried this like 15 times now and can't get it. I even tried to use a war plane and drop a bomb on a base and i still cant get this to work to get the trophy. The bomb i dropped killed ennimes but i didnt get the troghy so i dont know if it was because i wasn't high enough up or if it was because i was to high up or what. I absolutely hate the war planes with a passion and only use them if i have to because i struggle with trying to control/fly thoes planes.

I got it while shooting a helicopter above me from the ground, the helicopter fell down and killed a soldier, I guess. Was very surprised to see this pop without even trying ;-).

I might try this. I tried with my sniper and got nothing.

Tried doing this one numerous times and it never popped up, in the end I just gave up on it. Dumb trophy.

Additional tip : while you're parachuting,You can use your phone to mark the enemies and then it's even easier to take them out since you'll see a white arrow on the enemies

Just get a war plane and bomb a base. You'll inevitably kill an enemy with a bomb and get this trophy. The last mission for the Montero family questline has you bombing the poison fields in a plane. You can easily get it there by accident as there are many enemies running around down there as you're bombing the fields. The method in this video is unnecessarily difficult.

Easy method is on the first island. Airdrop to the only checkpoint then wingsuit close to Fort Quito just up the road, tons of enemies spawn around the fort. Got my easy kill on someone riding a horse with my RPG.

I just did it from a helicopter, just fly to a fdn base and use the helicopter gun n blast away..pretty easy ;)

I’ve spent hours throwing a baseball off a cliff to attract someone, and trying a machete from above takedown!! Just got it by accident when a chopper i shot down whilst stood on said cliff landed on someone 😂

Got mine by accident. Just fly a war plane (there is a mission from Philly) and switch your weapon to ‘bombing’. Fly over a checkpoint or FND base and drop a bomb in the middle. It is actually very easy this way.

You can also just shoot down a chopper whilst in a chopper.

UPDATE! I finally got it a few days ago, I used my rocket launcher and parachuted over some enemies and got it.


When I went to go do this there were no enemies in that parking lot. Achievement is at 94%🥴

I got this by shooting a enemy helicopter from a plane

I did this with an actual death from above takedown lol

What happened to me is I used my poison supremo and while the soldiers were at it I got in a helicopter and flew straight up to do this trophy but when one killed the other the trophy popped as I assume I was above 50m
