NORD VPN or EXPRESS VPN, which is better?

It's a nice to use vpn when others can't work fast

Express seems to be the highest rated VPN, but will it hide my ISP from GOOGLE .... Surfshark 100% cannot.
But when visiting their site, the non-functioning chat does not give me the warm fuzzies.
So my initial question remains ... will this hide my ISP from GOOGLE.
