Made it previous day and kept it in the fridge... Assembled with homemade parathas really morning and took it on a picnic with family .. It was a big hit! It's a perfect lunch box recipe.. Remains tasty even after 3-4hrs

Tasty recipe 😋 Have you added water also while roasting besan along with oil? When I added oil in besan it became dry and could not roast it well after adding spices. So I added water as well in it
