I synch to outlook but when i update in asana it stills remain unchanged in outlook calendar

Deceptive title - I wanted to know how to sync my calendar to Asana. Instead this video was about how to sync Asana to my calendar which is not the same thing. I want my calendar events in Asana, not the other way around.
