He only gives holidays to Malays others like us no extra holidays

No one stopping you from working during holiday. But if people want to holiday to balik kampung and spend more time with their loved ones, why not?

KL, Malaysian, ranked 3rd overworked city....why not an extra holiday?

Maybe a contingency plan should be drawn up if these xtra holidays should turn up again.

Si celaka ni sibuk fikir tentang nak cari duit aje, perah tenaga orang lain.... investor patutnya bersyukur sebab kalau di France dan German dia org kena keluar duit lagi banyak, cuti berbayar 1 bulan, vacation berbayar pun hampir 1 bulan untuk setiap pekerja.....ada berani?

An extra public holiday is beneficial to employees but a liability to employers. So, it seems this is a "win-lose" situation, rather than a "win-win" solution. Move on about this episode & be tolerant on the spirit of Ramadan.....
