I am wowed - and i know the feeling of closing up a roof/windows after them leaking (a tiny 2 bedroom tin re-roof done in one day 😂) but the feeling of saving the building was up there with one of the best feelings. I hope you are closing in on that feeling.

Well I have been watching and I must say this must be the most spectacular place in France or maybe the world, I have shed a tear seeing its decay however it is in competent hands today to restore it. Such magnificent history France. What gets one a château of this magnitude? THis isn't just a mansion or a castle it's amazing beyond words.

Wow, GREAT work! Only one suggestion: Good cash Crops being grown on the property, should help alleviate part of the overhead costs. In fact, do some historical research on how the former occupants created sustainable incomes in order to support their home.

That type of woman is rare today. There are too many women that are entitled and don't work towards a goal. Having a smart, driven woman who has a strong work ethic is extremely valuable. They can help create empires, or in this case castles...

All that hard work, and you didn't cover the roof with waterproof membering before you installed the slate.

Amazing to watch, the work undertaken is extraordinary, the amount of scaffolding I’ve not seen in any other shows, keeping to the integrity of the building is so important. I’m curious is this going to be family home? Were you able to gain financial assistance from the heritage association? Are you privately finding this project.?

Could allow people spruce up chateau and see a regular return off increasing one's value, and not have to worry about spending extra money on kitchens and bathroom finishings. You can advertise the materials used during the rehab on social media designed for luxury, it's also advertising the home for sale.
