I have done pretty much everything, but I keep getting the message in Steam :
For the Lego games I get:
"Sorry, but your machine is unable to run this game.
It requires a graphic card which supports Shader Model 3.
The game now will exit"

And when lunching It Takes Two:
"A D3D11-compatible GPU (Feature Level 11.0, Shader Model 5.0) is required to run engine"

I use a GForce GTX 760, and my kids had been playing all this games with no problem in windows with the same video card.

When I run the 1st line of code from the text editor I receive a message: " cp: cannot stat '/ect/apt/sources.list': No such file or directory "

The three commands in your notepad. Did you make them up or get them from a christmas cracker? Where did you get them from please?

Tried what you have said here and still problem persists. I can see why Windows is more popular than Linux. Linux is a pain in the fucking backside.
