The best workout!!! I have started somewhere around 2011 or 2012, since than I haven't found better workout. Even when I was pregnant I was doing this workout, perfect!!! I do office work, and had break with any kind of exercise, I started to have back and shoulder pain, I did yoga for a while but no improvement. I cam back to this workout it is unbelievable how precisely it tackles my back, neck and shoulder pain/problem, and YES I have improvements. THANK YOU for this excellent and very helpful workout ❤

I Care here just for them. I got their dvd at the Towson library when I was just out of Highschool in 2006 and I’m thankful I found them.

I just realized that that lovely choreography at the end strongly reminds me of Ansuya of the belly dance superstars. I wonder if they had similar influences?!

But I will keep doing it, because I feel the stretch when and where I should, it's low impact, and it freaking works if the stretch tells me anything lol

So I took a belly dancing class about 8 years ago, when I would have been about 25-26. I remember then being amazed at how muscle intensive it is, now at 34, I am proud to say I made it through this entire video but not without a couple of pauses and significant huffing and groaning LOL

This isn't just a tutorial, this is a workout with integrity. I know I've worked by abs, upper back, and hip flexors. This is simply great! Beautifully done.

I love this routine so much, it’s perfect for beginners, I’m just surprised they didn’t include Maya’s! That is crucial to belly dance! It’s still a wonderful and helpful video nonetheless.

I'm trying to lear belly dance for more than 10 years and I'm still like a piece of wood. But I love this tutorials - it realy help with back pain.

I’ve been doing this particular belly dance workout on and off since 2011 after I had my first daughter. This is when it was posted as a four-part series on another channel.

It helped me lose all my baby weight with both my kids… 190 down to 120 the 195 down to 125.

It’s been my go-to workout for 11 years. It hits all muscle groups and even gets a bit of cardio going to break a mild sweat.

I highly recommend it!
