ОтветитьI started working out 1.5 years ago but never did a caroline workout and 17 minutes into her first workout I took a water break😭😭😭😭..She KILLS ME ABSOLUTELY BURNS....AND the fact i shaved today all the sweat is stinging the razor cuts🤧👋🏻

ОтветитьI love this video, well balanced compared to most. Though going squat jumps -> soft squats -> curtsey x 2, into lunge knee jumps, is really tough on the upper legs. I cant do that section without stopping
