Robert Palmer really brought this TREX song back to life.

The very first time I've heard this song was when I lived independently on my own and I was on only 26 years old still love it still my favorite

The song sounded great in the 80s and it sounds great today. with the superb musicianship of the Taylor's John and Andy vocals of the legendary Robert Palmer and drumming of the legendary drumgod Tony Thompson. the song was masterfully produced arranged and recorded my legendary bassist and sound engineer Bernard Edwards and the musical genius of Nile Rodgers.

These guys put so much heart and soul into their music and that is what put them at their perfection. This is by far one of my most favorite classics. Our generation may be getting older but we certainly know what real rock music is about unlike what is being played nowadays. I’ll forever be an 80s rocker. Rock on my fellow rockers

The other band members bring their best, but TT's drumming is the main attraction on this track.

I know it was the Duranis' band but I really think they crafted this song's sound around Tony Thompson's drums. The power and physicality in his playing brought out everyone else's hardest edge. All of T Rex's sexy slink was relegated to whatever Robert Palmer deemed necessary (which was not much). The end result was half as provocative but twice (at least) as powerful.
