i have watched the video but here in our country (Uganda)Africa yahoo does not provide that one time code

Why not label this video "...With premium paid account only???!!!" Yahoo locks me out of my free account periodically, with the only way to recover the password being to have a password reset link sent into the very e-mail account I am trying to get into, !@@#$%!
