As per IS 13920 colunm size 9" not allowed. Minimum size 12". Misguiding wrong video. you should need to learn structural design before uploading wrong information.

Pillar 9"/9" or slab 4" to 4.5" usme mai bar 12mm, lod maximum hoga.4.5" slab main bar 10 mm is not ok?
