Idk if these random comments are bots, but nothing I mean nothing works, I have done all of this stuff and nothing, I am going to the Dr and eventually trying those nasal navage nettie pots, popping the ear by holding the nose is the only thing that temporarily works but really does nothing
I can hear better but feel fluid inside the ears at random times

Autism, thank you for helping me with my sinus problems this spring. It's not even 2 weeks and you've given me so much relief already! My ear pressure is so much less and that light ringing sound has lessened tremendously and has even gone away for long periods of the day. Only when I lay down flat for hours does it seem to start up again. Your exercises (your other video for ear ringing)for that take it away again. When I pinched my nose, with my mouth closed, and blowed … my ears filled with pressure. I immediately stopped bc I didn’t want to rupture my eardrum. Is that supposed to happen? Does that mean my ears need to be popped?
