These bikes should be ideal for touring.
Performance wise, the ninja 500 seems similar to the ninja 300. Better to get a 650 if buying a Kawi.

Aprilia has the best price and performance. Not sure about the reliability.

To be honest this review is very average. First of the R3 doesn't belong to this category! The power output of the other 2 bikes is way higher than the R3. R3 would be better stacking against the RC and ninja 300. And then not giving the proper specs for all these bikes and way too much talking. Unnecessary personification is just quite lame.

Coming from America I love your reviews... Americans have very little appreciation for small displacement bikes and they are almost always written off as beginner or entry level only and given very little coverage. Been riding for over 20 years and now just looking for something small and manageable that's fun and won't break the bank.

Very nice review, I think you did them justice.
Only thing not universaly relevant, the price comparison, it varies around the world, though perhaps not by much.
R3 will be my next bike, the Ninja 500 is a fantastic alternative, just doesn't excite me, the 457 doesn't even feature for me, not interested in it's sportiness, so called "features" are - mostly - useless gadgets for me and I trust Yamaha and Kawasaki more for a trouble-free experience.

Buying these vehicles are waste of money because end of the day 5 to 6 lakhs lost for the useless machines instead of this simply go for z900 that's the best part upto my mark friends...6.5lacs totally gone for not even worth product...think 🤔 go for higher machine like 900cc which is way better idea..😅🎉

Overdrive always makes an sub standard video, They are not matching up with the contenders.
1. Using different camera's & qualities for different shots, (Many pixelated)
2. Many out of focus shots, Frame composition is really bad (Bad cinematographer)
3. Editing is pathetic (No continuations)
4. And bad sloth reviewer (No enthusiasm at all)

Guys, Just see the Power drift videos shot a decade back. This kind of quality doesnt make sense for the premium bike comparison. May be for 100 cc bikes comparison this kind of quality is okay

Why is everyone calling the Ninja 500 more expensive and the praising the Aprillia price??? I just got my Ninja 500 on Wednesday and I went in the dealer to get the Aprillia 457 but it was $1200 more!!! It was $6899 while the Ninja 500 was $5699 for the Abs version To me it was a major no brainer
