I am a leader... My goodness.... I embody all of these qualities. Still some work here and there but I am a leader.

Who is this man. He sounds like a Republican. I prefer men who contradict themselves, gaslight and manipulate society and strive to keep people in there place and do as I say not as I do. You know, give me a handout so I can spend my day staring off into the abyss and say wow I could never do that but I bet somebody else can. You know, like Democrat's.

It is interesting how so many qualities of leadership run into conflict with need. Many managers get so focused on trying to "motivate" their staff they end up missing what would have them demoralized in the first place. A poor environment, personal stress, a lack of direction. A manager can take huge steps to being more "motivational" just by being more empathetic.

Jordan Peterson talks about the wise king alot, relating it to Egyptian lore even. & yes the wise king notion has afew good insights. Yet he believes you need hierarchy ( I don't, the only thing I disagree with him about, tho he's a professor so of course he admires the ladder prestige pedestal position to some degree).
That not all leaders, are tyrants. However he has zero answers on how to get rid of said tyrants. So I don't believe a person should say they are fine with hierarchy or that you need it, if they don't have solid solutions on how to dethrone the tyrants entirely - after the tyrants own everything.
His advice is just to keep free speech alive till we figure out the solution, yet the solution nobody is coming up with, not even the best of us men philosophers have a answer for evil levels of greed.
I love strategy, I lead thousands of men in online games, and I want to in real life too. So I understand what it takes to some small degree of being a good leader. When to shut up, when to share good advice, how to read the map, & so on. " situational awareness ".
Yet still, if I meditate on my past lives, the amount of horrible leaders that have killed thousands or millions of people throughout time, farrrrrrr outweigh the good any wise king has ever done. So I would just get rid of all leaders, until all resources are shared equally first.
Lastly this notion of " experts not being rewarded enough, in a equal shared society ", is a tiny problem in comparison to < "millions of dead souls who have perished from greed over the ages, or been conformed / enslaved from allowing it ".

I watched this almost every night before I sleep. Loving it.
