Hello, based on your videos I bought an NME10pro mini excavator and have had many issues. Communication with the company is very difficult and takes a long time to get any sensible answers. Despite requesting a hydraulic oil cooler and anti roll cage, these were not fitted or supplied. It also arrived with a broken lug on the pump coupler housing. Over two moths later I still do not have confirmed details for shipping of the parts - just answers like 'I will let you know', or 'I will tell you' but never any details. They sent a 'manual' - not worth the time it took to download it! All in all, the machine looks ok but it is currently unuseable.

Great video nick very informative ... I ordered mine to portugal but I am having a few issues with the CE certificates , they want 3 certificate s and I just have one witch is th CE one but they want a UE and a EU ... do you have any information that could help me?

Logistics companies are assholes all over the the EU. They go for the courses to get that skill, and then recertify every 2 months. Same/similar experience in Lithuania...

That thing looks like a hoot. I have a tiny yard and I told my wife I want one. She said why, I replied so I can dig holes in the backyard and fill them in lol.

maybe you can let the chinese build your shippingcontainer home, and ship it to your plot

Could you go into details regarding the VAT issue? Did alibaba reimburse you?

The amount of Work they go into building your trust with videos of the product and even the packaging is enormous

All over the world the governments and everyone try to bother you to stop buying from the right place.because many people are making billions of dollars selling things which was produced in china and selling them in their own countries so you are by passing them

I was looking to buy an excavator direct from China, researched it thoroughly and the end result was I bought from an authorised dealer in the UK where spares are available at short notice and importantly In 12 months I’ve replaced one ram, the starter motor and fuel pump. If I’d ordered direct from China, the manufacturer would have disputed the warranty claim as confirmed by another company local to me who bought the same machine direct. Once the Chinese have your money, they hang you out to dry, their excuse is always…..”you have abused the machine, abuse not covered by warranty.”
I paid exactly £850.00 more through the dealer than the local company buying direct after all costs taken into consideration and had the machine within one week with no stress.
Why are all the Chinese sales people called Frank or Mary? The truth and Chinese manufacturers/sales agents are not an honest partnership with one off purchases.
We’re about to buy another excavator, the agent doesn’t just offer a parts only warranty but sends out an engineer as part of the agreement.
These small machines rattle themselves into oblivion and you must treat them with great care, tension nut/bolts constantly, change the oil frequently and the grease gun becomes your best friend.
Tread very carefully when buying direct from China, I did a great deal of research and am pleased I chose not to buy direct, the extra cost was well worth it for availability of parts and peace of mind.

This is a very helpful video! I’ve been looking at these and just realized there’s 11 NEW Chinese mini Excavators being sold at auction here in a few days in my state here in the USA. I think I’ll keep my eye on those instead of going your route with all the hassles you had.

Thanks for posting this i am looking at doing a forklift and i am based in New Zealand i just bought a 20ft container of other goods arriving on jan 12 2023 i am using a reputable shipping company and my quoted cost was NZ$4500 tax-unloading etc i also did not want to pay alibaba our tax so i dealt directly with the company who gave me the wrong bank account number for the deposit but this was all sorted and i am paying the balance in a few days and the goods only took 3 weeks so will see how a forklift goes.

I'm gonna get one of these you guys have convinced me

I have actually imported many things into France and it is much easier than the USA. I would like an excavator but the customs road blocks and fees in the USA are too big

Ah just bought a Mini excavator from Rippa 1.2 ton with cab plus auga and concreat breaker plus a mini Dumper 1.2 ton shovel all in one all with tracks.
Still on a slow boat from China but due in soon got to say can't weight,, better than hiring specially in rip off Ireland 🇮🇪

Can you tell me what you had to do regarding who was freight forwarder did they contact you.
Mine is being delivered to varna bulgaria but I'm not sure what to do when it arrives.
