Ответитьwhen you're serious about website business online you're going to use wordpress. Granted I went through a lot of trenches but I am glad I did!
Ответитьwordpress
ОтветитьThis guy tries to make it clear: It's not a matter of Which is Best (even if the entire internet loves to reduce all multiplicity down to Either/Or rankings, where there's only 1 Best). It's a matter of: What's a good match for a) your appetite for tech (fiddling around to get what you want), and for b) your current site goals. Believe me, it's a wonderful thing that all three of these site-building options exist for us.
ОтветитьYour cinematography skills are truly impressive! This video was like watching a work of art. Keep up the amazing visuals
ОтветитьWordpressssssss!
ОтветитьHi, I found the Godaddy website builder the easiest but it comes with a price.
ОтветитьI'm new, is Canva any good for websites? Anyone?
ОтветитьYour video is so helpful, thanks for the real, quick, clean video.
ОтветитьGreat video! Would you be open to considering a suggestion? I have found that CloudFunnels is an outstanding and affordable website builder for beginners. It enables users to create visually appealing websites without the need for coding expertise and offers over 100 pre-designed templates to streamline the process. I recommend giving it a try and sharing your thoughts with your viewers.
ОтветитьSo for bloggers WordPress is really the best to use? Any reason for this? But it is very difficult to build and I am not tech-savvy at all.

ОтветитьWix sites have two BIG issues for me: 1) They are not responsive for mobile 2) Once it's built, and you want to change Themes, NO. You have to start over, you cannot tranfer the site to a different theme. Squarespace has the ability to add custom code and CSS to their sites, if you have a business plan or above. I've used that to add some plugins from third party vendors, which make Squarespace a serious contender. Wordpress is unnecessarily cumbersome for the average user, with the multitudes of plugins you require, that when updated can break the sites, and is much more hackable.
ОтветитьWordpress is not free, you have to pay to upgrade to even use the plug-ins. Please make sure to give completely accurate information because some people depend on it.
ОтветитьI'm so gonna loose sleep over this decision xD damn! but your video was very helpful, thanks!
ОтветитьHi😀When you say WORDPRESS are you talking about the paid Wordpress plans??
ОтветитьI just want to start a blog or a website to post my review and anything about film and movies and also create a community to anyone have the same hobby. Which one should I start with sir. Wix, WordPress or Squarespace?
ОтветитьAs a graphic designer getting into website design, Wix makes sense because it's simple and customizable. All plugins, templates, colors, themes, animations, forms, etc are all built in and honestly great for almost all websites unless you're building one for the Military or something.. The idea that in Wordpress it requires a million different plugins, and being "tech savy" is honestly a huge downside. Relying on others to create your website, maintain it, then fix it when those plugins are out of date is just a REALLY old school and clunky way of making a website. I can't stand wordpress in case you couldn't tell.
ОтветитьI love how smooth, clear and concise your videos are. Definitely had to subscribe. So much valuable info. Thank you!!!
ОтветитьHow do I use my current Google domain on any of these websites builders? Or do I need to get a new domain?
ОтветитьIt's scary, leaving the apparent comfort of GoDaddy's man-cave, but it's time to gain an open source sense of independence.
Ответитьnote: problem with wix is is terrible SEO. Seo companies who know what theyre doing, will refuse to work on wix sites
ОтветитьDoing a camp ground. Just want to post pictures of the camp ground. Need to make a plot map that shows what's available and already booked using calendar days. Need to be able to e-sign legal agreements with property rules acknowledgement. Needs to be able to take payments online. also as business grows in time I would like the availability to change or add to the website at any time. Which website builder is best for my needs? Also would like to make an app in google store thats able to open on website take to app store. This is my first website to do.
Ответитьhi... So I kind of like the idea of being in more control, WIX sounds good to me... however I have one question... knowing that Squarespace and Wix offer a free trial I am considering trying them both and seeing which site looks better, however being that I will be using the free trial is the programming limited until you pay for the monthly subscription? .. I just don't want to spend a heap of time on the free trial to find out later that I will change it all again as the features are better when I start paying... any insight regarding this is greatly appreciated..
ОтветитьThis was an awful review. I don't say that out of hate but only because I watched and didn't learn anything useful. This didn't cover which platform is best for forums or blog. What about stores? What about anything you use a website for? It only covers overall design. Yes that is important but those of us who take this serious are wanting to know what the actual experience is with the features and not only on our end but the customers. How good do these platforms work as a consumer?
ОтветитьYour videos are SO helpful, thank you!!
ОтветитьHi and congrats for the video. I need to start my Affiliate Marketing (Amazon) website as soon as possible. I don't have much time to build the website and I'd rather prefer something quick, easy to use, and with good hosting and SEO. Which one would you recommend me? (P.S: I have very little experience in HTML and CSS, although I would learn them if I needed to, that would be time consuming).
ОтветитьYes, you didn't cover the issue of hacking, apparently Worldpress is easily hackable .. I'm basing myself on someone else's video, that's the concern they mentioned ... they even showed some reviews on the topic ... Also, I read about import/ export, and I plan to sell art anywhere ... - I'll take a look in the meantime if you've a video which addresses these issues - I'm not afraid of building a website, in fact, I found Squarespace like a straightjacket & very time consuming on IONOS yrs ago, it was not hard, but I never see it mentioned and I had to pay more to have visibility which seems I can more easily with these 3 .. no one mentions IONOS ... :D
ОтветитьI'm not sure why you have only 518 likes ( at the time of writing) for this video... because it is an AWESOME explaination. You've got my like! Thank you so much! Keep it up!
Ответитьyou woke me up with go daddy i feel for the extras to late but i will not go with them hosting i will go with namecheap thanks buddy and wix for the site great info and vid thanks
ОтветитьAs a web developer for 20 years who has been involved in the development of a content management system, I can say that putting 20 years of work into meeting everyone's needs is not worth it. No one is ever satisfied, most change websites like they change clothes, and very few appreciate all of the work that goes into something like this. These things definitely make it difficult to take pride in one's work.
ОтветитьGreat Objective review- super helpful!
ОтветитьMan, I wish I had seen this before I spent money and SO MUCH TIME getting nowhere with WordPress. I built one website in 2009 using Yahoo Sitebuilder and found it fairly easy to learn the basics and get a working website going that looked good. Sitebuilder functioned similar to Pagemaker or Publisher, so was intuative if you're already familiar with those. Skip to 2021 and I want to do my own site and a friend recommends WP, so I try it out and have hated every moment I've spent on it since. I have never had this hard of a time learning any software before. Time to throw in the towel on WP. Gonna try WIX next. The way you describe it it sounds much more like what I was expecting this experience to be. This is supposed to be fun. Right?
Ответитьcan i add a collection section such as " portfolio" into main page navigation?
ОтветитьSounds like WIX for me but I am still unsure! Trying to bring the brand into the current age so pleasing everyone is on the agenda.
ОтветитьHey I am looking to build a forum based community. Do you think it is worth toying around wordpress considering that I am looking at least a 2 year run of my forum…
ОтветитьYeah CM U R Awesome...Cleared my and many others head ....u r the best...thanx
ОтветитьSo I would like to create a review website along with star ratings etc. Which platform do you recommend using please?
ОтветитьThank you for the thorough comparison! Im leaning towards Wix as I update my businesses website as I don't currently have the time to dedicate to learning wordpress. Do you have any thoughts on a small local business using Wix or wordpress? Any thoughts are greatly appreciated!
ОтветитьThis was great! Perfect explanation and comparisons
ОтветитьDoes it costs to have plugins on WordPress?? Trying to control costs. Thank you
ОтветитьI'm an author (mostly fiction, short stories/novellas/novels etc) and I blog so I think I might stick with Wix
ОтветитьLol I just started playing around with different options & boy let me tell you Square Space is wayyyyy too as you said cookie cutter for my style & needs! Thanks for all the great advice on the different ones 👍
ОтветитьAm I the only one that get frustrated by these... I paid for WIX last year and never used it. On the second month I decided to cancel and they refused and didn't refund me even when I never even launched my website. Bummer but... pff :D
ОтветитьThank you
ОтветитьYour videos are amazing. They’re the only ones I can watch with ease. Thanks!
ОтветитьSquarespace sounds like communism. And, boring communism at that. Too bad. I need an easy way to go.
ОтветитьYou say that Wix plans start at 18$ a month. What's wrong with the 14$ Combo plan?
Ответить
