What's your favorite STYLE of Hot Sauce?
ОтветитьIs this hot sauce shelf stable. It looks really tasty
ОтветитьLove this recipe! I usually use habaneros for my sauce!😊
Ответить👍
ОтветитьG'day from Australia, great video mate will have to do this. I love both tobasco and sriacha so need to give this one a go since we have both a chilli and jalapeno tree
ОтветитьHi, I’m in south Texas. I can not find cayenne peppers fresh or dried. Is there a company you know of that I can order them from?
ОтветитьTrying to do some myself. Thank you for the info.
ОтветитьMy favorite vinegar is mango vinegar. It's really hard to find and even more expensive when you find it, and so I don't use it often... but it works amazing for hot sauces. Note, I'm not talking about mango infused vinegar, but rather vinegar made from wine that's made from mango juice as opposed to grape juice.

ОтветитьVery nice Chanel I like your recipes you have very clear and nice pronunciation thank you for your work keep doing what you are doing.
ОтветитьDo you have to refrigerate sauce?
ОтветитьI have been a fan of your website and somehow missed your videos… very happy to find this. Great work! Thanks for the inspiration!!!
ОтветитьThank you. It looks amazing. Can I ask, how long will it keep in the fridge? And if I make it with frozen chillies ? Thanks! 🌶🌶🌶
ОтветитьNice and easy! Great video. Just one question, does the sauce seperate at all? I make peri peri, it does have oil in it but I have to add xantham gum to stop seperation. Thanks!
ОтветитьDon't touch your worm after handling the peppers. It will fell like what it feels after a night with my ex.
ОтветитьWhat’s the fridge life on the sauce? Tried to find the answer in comments. Sorry if you’ve answered that already.
ОтветитьHow long does hot sauce keep in the refrigerator.
ОтветитьYou said the pepper fumes can "get'cha" but aren't the vinegar fumes toxic! It's not like you're boiling water. You're boiling acid...
ОтветитьFlavored vinegar style "sauce"
ОтветитьHow long for each process?
ОтветитьI'm waiting to harvest my orange habaneros, grown indoors under lights, so I can try this style of sauce... Thx for the video
ОтветитьJust to boil in vinegar and salt i m worry about my house being smelly
ОтветитьCould you can It?
ОтветитьThere's a fermentation step that got skipped...
ОтветитьThanks for the video. Im going to try this for myself. Could you make a video of the mash thats dehydrated.
ОтветитьI like how, when he was describing hot sauces similar to a ‘Louisiana style hot sauce’, but did not say “Louisiana Hot Sauce”. Lol
ОтветитьI like Crystal hot sauce but they changed to a very hot sauce at least where I live. Its a touch too much for me. 🤗😮🤐😮🤗
ОтветитьShouldn't people be concerned about getting at least enough vinegar to get the pH level low enough to make it safe?
Ответить1 pound of peppers is not correct. For a 5 oz bottle, 4 oz of peppers is plenty.
ОтветитьThanks. How long does it keep for in the fridge ?
ОтветитьGreat video!! I didn’t have any vinegar so I used whiskey LOL! I have a mix of cayenne, jalepanos, and red jalepanos that I am using
ОтветитьCost worth the hassle? 🤔
ОтветитьThe word “Chile” means ‘pepper’ in Spanish.
If you say “Chile peppers’ you’re actually saying “pepper peppers”
I am a Louisiana native and my mouth is watering. We eat it on everything. Even peppers lol
ОтветитьI just made this with some home grown super spicy jalapenos and I must say it is phenomenal! I am going to try and ferment it for a couple days and see how it goes!
ОтветитьHow long will this hot sauce stay good?
ОтветитьI'm doing this right now, I'm adding chopped onion and minced garlic ❤
ОтветитьPosted a video reply on my channel. Wish I could link it but I’m not that fancy… yet.
ОтветитьWhere did you buy your bottles for the hot sauce ? The recipe looks great and can't wait to try it out.
ОтветитьHow long does it last
ОтветитьDynamite stuff! Thanks for the video.
ОтветитьI'm gonna break out the Scorpion peppers for this 😃
ОтветитьIsn't Louisiana hot sauce fermented?
ОтветитьCool! I just did this to my garden fresh peppers the same way. Glad to know I did it the same. I stewed mine after blending with water and salt. I then reheated it adding vinegars and lemon juice. I saved my pulp but didn’t think of dehydrating it to make pepper seasoning! Thanks for the tip.
ОтветитьLooks like il be doing this with the grandkids when they visit 🙂
ОтветитьWow that was an amazing video and so few ingredients, which makes it well worth making. Thanks for sharing with us.
ОтветитьFerment them! The only way to go!
ОтветитьWhat is the shelf life?
