This hospital and it's staff has saved 3 of my friends so far from death by GSW gunshot wounds thank you to all the staff !

What an excellent series. My only concern is the religiosity portrayed in this program, wherein a seemingly fickle God heals some, but not others. Oh, but that's God's will, we are told, however, I find it a distinctly peculiar trait.

I use to love this show everyone has different religious beliefs and this show should be about trauma not people’s religious beliefs.

This isn't the US, what a bizarre and arrogant evangelical X-tian spin you have given this video. As an RN working in Toronto this is not reality. I've been to Sunnybrook thousands of times and this is ridiculous.

The god they pray to for survival is evidently not strong enough to stop what put their life in danger from happening in the first place. Pretty useless. Meanwhile these amoeba-for-brains will give god all the credit and not to the surgeons and first responders that actually did the work to save their lives. They'll then say something inane and low-IQ like "god gave the surgeons the skill." No, he didn't. Their dedication to their education and training is what gave them the skill. "He gave them the brains." No, their genetics and early development gave them the brains. He gives people brains then he's equally guilty of purposefully creating people that are challenged, which means he also creates the people with disorders that make them violent, hateful, etc. He's evil, if that's the case, and it would have to be if he's responsible for all of the good and healthy people, he's also responsible for the opposite. If there is a god, all he did was set the stage and hit play, and sits back and observes, or just keeps creating universe after universe and leaves the previous project to develop and change on its own, not watching at all. His hands aren't in everything, he isn't sitting by controlling everything. If he was, he's evil.

I agree that the commentator is too 'doom and gloom' in his oratory presentations. I enjoy these types of videos because I am greatly impressed by the controlled chaos the Trauma doctors and nurses are so proficient in working with. Gaining some knowledge at how medical professionals diagnose and treat all types of traumas is, I believe, truly beneficial. God is usually brought into the trauma room by the patients who implore His help. I am never offended by the invoking of God's help/healing because miracles DO happen. I have been blessed by 2 of such miracles and doctors DO concur that they are indeed miracles.

I absolutely LOVE the patient at the end!! He is basically born again. I'm so happy for him that he found Christ!!!!! God bless you!! God, please give many blessings to the trauma team! They are AAA++++!!!! Love how they not only pull their patients back from the hands of death......they influence and help the patient to get well!

I like this programme but the narrator needs to be a bit more upbeat!

Nicole was just like me. I was so combative(they told me later) after a horrible car wreck and I don't remember any of it. The problem was that I am claustrophobic. BAD. A nurse whom I will always respect finally realized this fact I didn't even know about myself and made everyone back off. They said I calmed down immediately, but man I feel so bad for being such a pain in their a**es! That nurse came to my room and told me that once she realized I was claustrophobic as bad as I am, that I became an angel for a patient lol. They knew not to crowd me etc. I'm still sorry about that!!!

We have to understand that evil is sounding us everywhere, always looking for that opportunity to hurt, destroy and take our lives but if it's not God's will, death cannot succeed at all but we have to be the ones to come to God n ask for the protection and guidance we need in order to be able to walk safely on this earth. There's things that happen that we cannot understand but they all have a purpose even if we don't n can't understand it! The only thing we can do n make sure is to grab on God's hands as hard n as much as we can. 💯🙏💯

God's the only one that gives doctors, surgeons the intelligence to be able to deal with life n death situations n be able to save lives. The lives of course that God's not ready to take for a unknown purpose. God is not the bad guy here, he's not the one trying to kill human beings or letting all these horrible things happen..nope! but people always need someone to blame for their own choosing n actions! First of all, God does not obligate any of us humans to serve him, to believe in him n to do the right thing... It's our own choosing, but with that choice, there's consequences we have face n that's what some human beings don't want to accept so they blame God. People play with death thinking it's a game or thinking they're evil proof, n they couldn't be more wrong! This world is rules by evil n if you decide or choose to take that side, you'll only find the destruction of your life n soul. I really hope that people do realize that their life choices n outcomes are only n solely our responsibility if we decide to take always the wrong path. But God loves us so much that, if you come sincerely n honestly to God arms, he'll forgive you n take you in his arms. It's all up to you and me to be saved! I hope people do start making the right decisions soon, before it's too late. 💯🙏💯🙏

God is a good and just God! Things happen to people because of choices we all make each one of us makes a choice every day and our choices have consequences God gave us free will so this is why things happen not because of God!

Is there an elevator that goes faster than the other one so they can get patients up to the or quicker or are they all the same elevator it goes just as fast as all the others?

Is it just me, or does the narrator seem to love giving his "doom and gloom" to people. How about some positive stuff????

I've noticed after binge watching , the patients change, the accidents change, but the injuries are very repetitive.

I’m watching all episodes since the start of this series, I so admire Dr. Chughtai he is a genius.

Religious bullshit! How dare people thank some invisible guy, hiding behind clouds, when the doctors and nurses who work on them, are the ones saving their lives! And how dare healthcare professionals believe in "fate", when exactly that kind of thinking is totally detrimental to the determination to save a person's life! Prayer is the same as pissing into the wind. People who think they have some sort of direct line to their "god" infuriate me, and should really be medicated for delusional thinking. No prayer will ever save your life! Only determination and medical professionals!

Not one person stopped for the gunshot victim!!!! maybe god didn’t have a car going that way on that day. They are all god fearing people yet they kill each other.

I'm really disliking how much gets attributed to religion here, instead of the efforts of all the doctors, nurses, and advances of medical practices.

The narrator is a pain in the butt, this episode is as much about religion as it is about medicine, if I wanted religion I’d go to church not watch a medical show.

Enough with the religion, it’s the Drs hard work and training that saves people not some imaginary sky person.

Phil, I would say never get on a motorcycle again. It is highly dangerous and becoming more deadly dangerous by the day. Cell phones, distracted driver's, drunk or high, reckless speeding driver's. Unwise to be on a motorcycle.
