Great video. I hope u are stretching prior and afterwards. I'm a tall slim guy about 6ft 4 and kinda stuck at 160 to 170 pound range. I use to be 197 years ago but chronic stress for 11 years literally drained me thanks to my ex wife ass. I'm recently getting back to daily workouts doing cardio each day because we all need cardio cause I have 3 heart doctors myself and I have a healthy heart it just skips a lot. Also I do uppoer body one day and lower the next day to give my body chance to recuperate for growth. I will be 35 years old tomorrow and my pops was 35 when he passes June 10th 1994. I'm making a change this year and so on. I always loved pushups and dips. I have arms like u and I am skinny elsewhere but I can still leg press 750 pounds in reps. Keep doing what u do brother I'm gonna get thru my stomach issues also and digestive e issues I had since birth. Super high metabolism I have plus lower leg hair loss due to a possible circulation of blood issue bit I'm pushing cause I'm still young.
