What are your thoughts on flat db press vs incline db press as far as building overall strength and size? I've been doing a lot of incline recently to target more shoulders, but would doing flat db press benefit me more as far as strength goes? Still trying to get to that 315lbs lol

great chest workout and break down..i personally love hitting those single arm flys on the peck deck while sitting sideways on the bench...that's helped bring out my striations in my pecs so much!!
