My niece wedded a person who was born in Pakistan but brought up in Saudi Arabia and still he is working in Saudi Arabia, My Niece is working here in uk, so she should apply for her spouse visa from here while he is living in Saudi Arabia or he has to go back to Pakistan, because someone told us that country of origin always matter,please guide us if you can.
