I see a lot of "never take devil deals as keeper" and aside from mega Stan I get it. But why not if the boss drops raw hp and you can get a one heart deal? I haven't run the numbers but it seems way more likely to get a good run off of the chance of getting hp on boss drop then an ok devil items rather than angel rooms. It seems nearly all angel room drops are trash save the token few people pray for while getting keys

I know this is super old but I gotta say it. Ughhhhh why didn't he go back out to the deal with the devil after he saw the HP upgrade. The door would have still been open because of Goat Head and he could have gotten guppy's collar and then picked up the HP upgrade and maybe could have revived T_T
