Tu pourrais rajouter des techniques d'entraînement à côté s'il te plaît genre comment positionner du dos des jambes etc le muscle qui est censé agir ? La dernière fois j'arrivais pas à faire ce que tu faisais autant. Là je m'ennuie je zap les temps de repos et ne sent pas mes muscles en effort
Peut etre probleme de position

Too long sets between sets in my opinion, but as usual great workout. I just needed more knee friendly excercises also for booty and legs, too much lounges, it is difficult for us with kneee probems, but thanks for your work and edication
