thank you teacher :)
ОтветитьThank you for that superb explanation and pronunciation. Best wishes from Msia🇲🇾🇲🇾🇲🇾
ОтветитьCan you compare /æ/,/ʌ/ and /ɑː/ in one video?
ОтветитьYou’re just saying “ah” I thought it made the “EE” sound
ОтветитьCould you tell me the difference between this /æ/ and this /ʌ/ sound
ОтветитьIt is my loveiy sound of all.
ОтветитьOkay this is driving me crazy. I repeat after my American friend to improve my accent but my /ae/ still sounds RP. It's like a cross between /ae/ and /a:/ (ah). It's extremely subtle but still noticeable enough that people keep asking where I'm from 😅
ОтветитьThank you for the explanation, it was very good.
Ответитьso the middle and back parts of the tongue should be flattened not raised right?
ОтветитьDoes this vowel apply to the name Rædwulf as well? Finding it tough to actually articulate 😅
ОтветитьLiterally found this trying to pronounce Elon Musks kids name, they say it’s pronounced like “ash”
ОтветитьIn IT we have dæmons that are services.
ОтветитьSo, have I been saying my own name incorrectly? Victor Blær? (Blær means breeze in Icelandic) and it's pronounced "i" or "eye" Bl"eye" (ær) -rr (1 syllable.). Not Bl"aaaaaaa"r.
ОтветитьSo the British pronounce "cat" just like the Yanks do? ; )
ОтветитьPretty much the same thing as ä but more complicated
ОтветитьOther words : "Canada" and "sang". I love this sound! Great video!
ОтветитьMax, cat, chat, mat , hat ... And you deserve a warm clap Max , thanks
Ответить(Apple) please
Ответить"I think this one is quite easy" Nooooooooo, for a Spanish person the difference between run and ran is so hard to get
Ответить💚💚💚
ОтветитьI noticed that your mouth doesn't look that open when you pronounced It in many words in a sentence
ОтветитьI look forward very much
ОтветитьNice pronunciation lessons. It's a pity they are so short !
ОтветитьEntspricht der Laut dem deutschen ä ?
ОтветитьI hear two pronunciations there :-(
Ответить/æ/ /aɪ/ what's different ?
ОтветитьHi, Max. The word “Max”, it has this sound, doesn’t it?
ОтветитьThank for your teaching! The pronunciation between a and e has confused me for about ten years. Luckily, after watching your video, I could understand the difference between them. It also makes me more confident to learn English. You help me a lot. Thank you!
ОтветитьWait...isn't Æ pronouced as Ash?
Ответитьcan't agree
ОтветитьThis sound is similar to "Ə", I think.
ОтветитьWow you are pretty!
ОтветитьKing Ælla brought me here 🙄
Ответитьaeland
ОтветитьNice vedio
ОтветитьAlæth
Ответитьbut why some people use similar 'a' like back ,sad,/bak//sad/
ОтветитьHi Max thanks for your videos they're very helpful to us
Have a great Thursday my beautiful teacher 😉🇧🇷
What’s the difference between /a/ and /æ/ ? Does /a/ occur “isoleted”, or only in a dipthong (as in /aʊ/ in cow)?
Ответитьbad, mad, damn !!
ОтветитьHello Max! Max is æ?
ОтветитьMy tongue seems to be out of control... I will practice harder and harder!
ОтветитьMap, pack, rub, mate, sack, cake, rat, mad, whack etc.
